Meet Megan Spence, PsyD, PMH-C
Welcome! I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I believe my career is my calling and I am honored to work with clients. My approach is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and prioritizes a multicultural and empowering approach. Past clients have described me as authentic, non judgmental, and caring. My approach is a balance between providing support and encouragement while also being an active participant and gently challenging you to move toward your goals.
My areas of expertise include trauma, mood disorders, perinatal mental health, and couples therapy. I enjoy working with women’s health issues across the lifespan, including: reproductive stress, PMDD, perinatal mood disorders, birth trauma, and menopause. I have experience working with men, women, and non-binary people around a wide range of mental and physical health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, work stress, grief, sleep problems, and chronic illness.
